關(guan)(guan)于高壓(ya)與低壓(ya),強電(dian)與弱電(dian)的概念,在“電(dian)”行(xing)業里,有很多種說法,也常(chang)常(chang)讓“搞電(dian)”人(ren)界定模糊(hu),一(yi)直想花點時間把四者間的關(guan)(guan)系整理(li)一(yi)下,今天小編就寫點個人(ren)的理(li)解,如有不妥,請高手指教。
按過去國家行業標準《電業安全工作規程》的規定:“電氣設備分為高壓和低壓兩種,高壓電氣設備:對地電壓在250V以上者;低壓電氣設備:對地電壓在250V及以下者。” 而新國家電網企業標準《電業安全工作規程》規定:“電器工作分為高壓和低壓兩種,高壓電氣設備:電壓等級在1000V及以上者;低壓電氣設備:電壓等級在1000V以下者;”
雖然(ran)二者(zhe)說法不(bu)一(yi),其實二者(zhe)是差不(bu)多的(de),國(guo)(guo)家行業(ye)標準(zhun)說的(de)是對(dui)地電壓(ya)(ya),即相(xiang)電壓(ya)(ya),而國(guo)(guo)電公(gong)司企業(ye)標準(zhun)說的(de)是線電壓(ya)(ya);我國(guo)(guo)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)等級(ji)就這幾個,實際(ji)是一(yi)樣的(de);
之所以出現二個(ge)(ge)(ge)標準,個(ge)(ge)(ge)人認為是(shi)政(zheng)企(qi)(qi)分開后,國家電(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)作(zuo)(zuo)為一個(ge)(ge)(ge)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),沒有能力(li)發布(bu)行業(ye)(ye)標準,而政(zheng)府部門和其它(ta)行業(ye)(ye)又沒有精力(li)和能力(li)去完成這項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),造成技術(shu)標準相對(dui)滯后;在(zai)使用(yong)中,國家電(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)系(xi)統內,必(bi)須執行國家電(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)的企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)標準,而在(zai)系(xi)統外部,由于行業(ye)(ye)標準并未修訂(ding),還繼續有效(xiao)。

二、強電(dian)與(yu)弱電(dian)的規定(ding)
強電(dian)(dian)(dian)與弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)相對(dui)的(de)(de)(de)概念(nian),從概念(nian)上講(jiang),主要(yao)(yao)區(qu)(qu)別(bie)是(shi)(shi)用途的(de)(de)(de)不同,而不能單純的(de)(de)(de)以(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓大小(xiao)來界(jie)定(ding)兩者(zhe)(zhe)關系(如(ru)果(guo)(guo)非要(yao)(yao)指定(ding)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓區(qu)(qu)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)話,那就把(ba)36V(人體(ti)安(an)全電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)以(yi)上劃(hua)定(ding)為強電(dian)(dian)(dian), 36V(人體(ti)安(an)全電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)以(yi)下(xia)劃(hua)定(ding)為弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)) ,兩者(zhe)(zhe)既有聯系又(you)有區(qu)(qu)別(bie),一(yi)般區(qu)(qu)分(fen)原則(ze)是(shi)(shi):強電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理(li)對(dui)象是(shi)(shi)能源(電(dian)(dian)(dian)力),其(qi)特點是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓高(gao)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流大、功率(lv)(lv)大、頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)低(di)(di),主要(yao)(yao)考慮的(de)(de)(de)問題是(shi)(shi)減少損(sun)耗、提高(gao)效率(lv)(lv),弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理(li)對(dui)象主要(yao)(yao)是(shi)(shi)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi),即(ji)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)傳送和控(kong)制(zhi),其(qi)特點是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低(di)(di)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流小(xiao)、功率(lv)(lv)小(xiao)、頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)高(gao),主要(yao)(yao)考慮的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)傳送的(de)(de)(de)效果(guo)(guo)問題,如(ru)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)傳送的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)真度、速度、廣度、可靠性。它(ta)們大致有如(ru)下(xia)區(qu)(qu)別(bie):
(1)交(jiao)流頻率不同
強電(dian)(dian)的(de)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)一般是50Hz,稱“工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)”,意即工(gong)業用電(dian)(dian)的(de)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv);弱電(dian)(dian)的(de)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)往往是高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)或特高(gao)頻(pin)(pin),以KHz(千(qian)赫(he)茲)、MHz(兆赫(he)茲)計。
(2)傳輸方式不同
強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)(yi)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路傳(chuan)輸,弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)(yi)有線(xian)或無線(xian)傳(chuan)輸。無線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)則以(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁波傳(chuan)輸。
(3)功(gong)率、電(dian)壓及電(dian)流大(da)小(xiao)不同
強電功(gong)(gong)率(lv)以(yi)(yi)(yi)KW(千瓦)、MW(兆瓦)計(ji)(ji)、電壓(ya)以(yi)(yi)(yi)V(伏(fu))、KV(千伏(fu))計(ji)(ji),電流(liu)以(yi)(yi)(yi)A(安(an))、kA(千安(an))計(ji)(ji);弱電功(gong)(gong)率(lv)以(yi)(yi)(yi)W(瓦)、mW(毫瓦)計(ji)(ji),電壓(ya)以(yi)(yi)(yi)V(伏(fu))、mV(毫伏(fu))計(ji)(ji),電流(liu)以(yi)(yi)(yi)mA(毫安(an))、uA(微安(an))計(ji)(ji),因而其電路可以(yi)(yi)(yi)用(yong)印刷(shua)電路或(huo)集(ji)成電路構成。
強(qiang)(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中也有(you)高頻(數(shu)百KHz)與(yu)中頻設備,但電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓較高,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流也較大(da)。由(you)于現代技術的發(fa)展,弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)己滲(shen)透到強(qiang)(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)領域,如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子器件、無線(xian)遙控(kong)等,但這些只能(neng)算作強(qiang)(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中的弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制部分,它與(yu)被控(kong)的強(qiang)(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)還是不同的。
由(you)上可(ke)知,強(qiang)電(dian)與弱電(dian)分類(lei)舉(ju)例如下:
強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)一般(ban)是指市電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)、照明系統(tong)等供配電(dian)(dian)系統(tong),包括(kuo)空調線(xian)、照明線(xian)、插(cha)座(zuo)線(xian)、動力線(xian)、高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)線(xian)之類(lei)的(de)。弱電(dian)(dian)主要有(you)兩類(lei):一類(lei)是國家規定的(de)安全電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級及(ji)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)能,有(you)交流(liu)與直流(liu)之分(fen),如24V直流(liu)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)源,或應急(ji)照明燈備用電(dian)(dian)源。另一類(lei)是載有(you)語音、圖像、數據(ju)等信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)源,如音頻、視頻線(xian)路、網絡(luo)線(xian)路、電(dian)(dian)話線(xian)路、音響設備(輸出端線(xian)路)、樓宇自動控(kong)制(如門禁和安防(fang))等均(jun)為(wei)弱電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)氣設備。

根(gen)(gen)據弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)傳導信號,強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)傳導電(dian)(dian)能(neng)的(de)根(gen)(gen)本(ben)原(yuan)則,我們很容(rong)易(yi)就(jiu)可以把(ba)強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)與弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)區(qu)分開來了。由上面描述(shu),四者間(jian)的(de)關系(xi)可以大概(gai)這么闡述(shu):
高(gao)壓一定包括強電(dian)(dian),強電(dian)(dian)不一定屬于高(gao)壓;
低壓一定包括弱電,弱電一定屬(shu)于(yu)低壓;
低(di)壓(ya)不(bu)一(yi)定(ding)就是強電,強電不(bu)一(yi)定(ding)就是低(di)壓(ya)。
